Diary Of A Seeker

Tales & Anecdotes Of A Life Student

Volume 1

The theme of this book is to imagine its narrator as a storyteller, incarnated as heaven’s messenger, who left paradise to revisit the earth. Unbeknownst to him, he is one of heaven’s many embodied and disembodied emissaries, observing and narrating their accounts of daily observations and experiences on earth with heaven’s guiding inspiration. This vagabond feels compelled to record his accounts for earthly brothers, heavenly confidantes, holy guides, and his divine creator about earth’s horrific human-caused effects.

Diary Of A Seeker

Tales & Anecdotes Of A Life Student

Volume 2

Not all residents living in mountain-high forests is a Seeker, but we suffer more people who desire the simplicity and beauty which nature seizes and preserves in its wildernesses. The poet, photographer, seeker, artist, and naturalists seek their spirit’s peace and calm in such places. And, if they reside here, they are less apt to be angry or frustrated in its consoling stillness. Nature keeps God’s wilderness cathedrals serene. It is much easier to believe in God when one resides in a luxurious mecca grown by Mother Nature.

Reviews

“(In Diary Of A Seeker)… Through his findings and explorations… the reader is shown the path of hope, true freedom, love, and other uplifting ideals…These insights inspired me to question some of my most important values and goals.”

Foluso Falaye, San Francisco Review

“Diary of a Seeker…Overall, the book contains several poignant messages.  (It) will have a meaningful spiritual impact on your life no matter what you’re specific intentions are.

Manik Chaturmutha, Pacific Book Review

“Diary of A Seeker is an unusual book…The central thesis… is the importance of spirituality and belief, and Hayashi does a good job of making clear that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to such matters.”

Erin Britton, Portland Review

“(Diary Of A Seeker) is the refreshing result, a unique collection of imagined scenarios mixed with real happenings and spiritually based logic… presented in a subtle and sometimes symbolic fashion throughout his dynamic journaling expedition… (These) writings can be appreciated by those new to such eclectic notions and those rooted in them who, like the author, seek fresh, engaging support for universal faith.
